- Service Unavailability: When we cannot provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control
- Photo Quality Issues: Technical problems resulting in unusable or severely degraded photo quality
- Overcharging: If you were charged more than the advertised price
2.2 Partial Refund Scenarios
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours but more than 30 minutes before the session may receive a 50% refund
- Partial Service Delivery: If only part of your booked sessions were completed due to technical issues
2.3 No Refund Scenarios
- No-Show: Failure to arrive for your scheduled session without prior cancellation
- Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the session
- Customer Error: Issues arising from customer misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions
- Completed Services: Sessions that were completed successfully as per the service description
- Change of Mind: Simple change of mind after the service has been provided
- External Factors: Issues beyond our control (power outages, natural disasters, etc.)
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund

- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 1-2 business days
- Bank Processing: Refunds appear in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank
- UPI/Digital Wallets: Refunds to UPI or digital wallets may be faster (1-3 business days)
4. Payment Method Specific Information
4.1 Credit/Debit Cards
- Refunds are processed back to the original card used for payment
- Processing time: 5-7 business days from refund initiation
- The refund will appear as a credit on your card statement
4.2 UPI Payments
- Refunds are processed back to the original UPI ID
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- You will receive a UPI notification when the refund is processed
4.3 Net Banking
- Refunds are processed back to the original bank account
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Check your bank statement for the refund entry
4.4 Digital Wallets
- Refunds are processed back to the original wallet
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- You will receive a notification from your wallet provider
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Multiple Session Bookings
- Partial refunds available for unused sessions in multi-session bookings
- Discount benefits may be recalculated for remaining sessions

- Refund policies apply equally to individual and group bookings
